Ulverston Society of Artists
welcome to ulverston society of artists
About us
Ulverston Society of Artists has been established for over 50 years. Currently, the Society has over 50 members, ranging from beginners to professional artists.
Monthly meetings are held in the Malt Kiln at Bardsea. These usually take the form of a demonstration or talk by a visiting artist. The Society also has links with local groups which meet on a weekly basis for painting, drawing and life classes.
Exhibitions of members' are held at least once a year. This does depend on when venues are available, but we do try to book with an event that is currently taking place in the area to maximise the general footfall to the exhibition.

Work is available directly from the website (if not sold) and getting in contact about an artist from the Gallery page will enable us to pass the details on about the artist you are interested in buying from. Some artists have provided contact details willingly in their profile.
